This has been a frustrating case, and learned a few things in the process. I should have brought it through State Farm, as I have maximum coverage, but believed that since the accident, 100% of the other party’s fault that this be a problem. “full” have call coverage, State Farm and they have to subjugate the claim. Have for this reason insurance companies a submission department filled with lawyers.
