Halfway through the turn I was hit walked by a white car that light. I had four other people in the car next to me, three of which were just the traffic lights at me, so I was not wrong when turning. I landed in the hospital along with three of my four passengers. I could not even the police, except when he asked to speak to the insurance, names and birthdays, I was hysterical children and I was in severe pain. The next day a policeman comes by the house because they forgot to ask for my phone number. Wish me a Merry Christmas and left. An hour later he came back to me a ticket for not using “proper proof of insurance” (the printer ink so could not be printed), but he saw me was covered and told me to just take that to court and they “you will throw it away.” Then he gave me a ticket for failure to observe the implementation of the traffic lights! Seriously? When I protested, he says, he was not the policeman on duty, he switched shifts with another officer to Christmas, so he does not have the details? Sorry, man. In Ohio because there were so many accidents in which both parties declared that they had the green ones, they made a law that the driver has the straight right-of-way, even if it runs a red light. Better check your local laws …..
